 This program aims to create a platform for immigrant entrepreneurs to connect with designated angel investor groups or venture capital fund organizations. For this category, potential immigrants pitch their ideas to potential investors seeking investment for their business idea. Upon receiving a support letter from a designated organization, the potential immigrant is required to apply for Work visa. 

 Almost every province in Canada administer an immigration program for Entrepreneurs/Investors. In this system, potential entrepreneurs express their interest to start their business in a specific province by submitting an Expression of Interest. Based on several factors such as potential impact of the business, net worth of the entrepreneur, magnitude of direct investment, and other personal factors, a score is assigned. Provinces send Invitation to Apply to selected candidates with highest scores in the pool.
