Provinces in Canada have their say in immigration matters. All the provinces and territories run their own immigration programs in tandem with the federal government. Provinces send invitations to potential immigrants that expressed intent to live in the respective provinces. This nomination certificate gets 600 points in the Express Entry System administered by the IRCC. Each province has its own categories of nominations.
